AIAS at the 6Gsec (CP)² Conference in Paris: Paving the Way for Secure AI in 6G

On January 23, 2024, the 6Gsec (CP)² Conference took place in Paris, hosted by 6G/SNS/OPS, ECSO, and Network Europe, with a clear focus on shaping the security roadmap for the 6G era.

Professor Christos Xenakis, coordinator of the AIAS project, took part in two high-level roundtable discussions:

  • Secure AI for Secure 6G
  • Crypto-based Technologies in 6G

During these sessions, Professor Xenakis presented the vision, goals, and innovative methodologies of the AIAS project, emphasizing how AI-driven defense mechanisms, adversarial resilience, and explainability are crucial not only for today’s cybersecurity landscape but also for the next generation of 6G infrastructures. The scientific contribution of AIAS demonstrated the essential role of trustworthy AI in securing the future of European networks.

AIAS continues to be a key player in the dialogue that bridges AI, cybersecurity, and next-gen connectivity, contributing actively to Europe’s strategic agenda for secure and sovereign digital ecosystems.
